Whitney Court is a private estate in the Wye Valley which, in addition to being a family home, allows corporate lets, wedding receptions and, conferences when not in use by the owners.

The historic Court maintains its original features, discreetly modified where necessary to provide the facilities and safety requirements for public use.

A rolling upgrade programme is in process including the provision of improved en-suite facilities, but safety features such as fire and security alarms, emergency lighting, and protected escape routes, were needed immediately along with an enhanced electrical distribution infrastructure and modern communication systems expected of high-grade accommodation.

Bob Costello Associates ltd were commissioned to design and project manage the mechanical and electrical services upgrades, in association with Nicholas Keeble Associates, the architects for the overall refurbishment programme.
